|The architect - if not faced with an investor with precise demands - becomes an innovator. Architecture can be free and stands ready for an all-embracing act integrating management, marketing, psychology and social science as well as the classical disciplines of planning and surveying.
In this seminar, we focus on another aspect of architect´s skills: he will be a trendsetter, a sensor for future trends and a inventor of new social patterns. He will not wait for an investor with a fixed program for planning and realizing it - on the contrary he will be self-active, developing new ideas and put them on the market.
He will write his own program and looks in the following for partners to realize them:
