A big area in Monza, in-between industrial and commercial compounds is free to develop a new urban district with dwelling, infrastructure, shops and service. The site is well linked to Milan Matro and Train network, so you will be in 20 minutes at the Piazza del Duomo.
Students developed in teams a masterplan for the whole area after having done a deep analysis of the whole city.
Based on this masterplan, every student got a individual plot to build his/her own building, following the given rules.
